Joy Thomas, Executive Director (and Former Teacher)
Joy has dedicated her life to helping others become whole, happy, and productive. Joy studied education and became a teacher, going on to open and run a private Christian school for many years while she and her husband raised seven children.
Since then, she has served as the Academic Director for Teen Challenge Adventure Ranch (a similar campus for teen boys) for the past 14 years, finding joy and fulfillment in helping teens with learning disorders, mental health challenges, and difficult behavior be successful in the classroom.
